When are paydays?

Arise pays out on invoices. Invoice periods are the 1st-15th of the Month and the 16th - 30th (31st) of the month. Once I receive the invoice I start working on payroll. Deposits should be sent out within 2 days and received between 3-5 business days depending on your banking institution

What clients are available to service?

  • Arise has partnered with a variety of businesses. Some industries that Arise has partnered with are Gaming, Banking, Cruise lines, Energy/Utility, Home Improvement, handbags, Roadside Assistance, Medical Transportation and More! Please note some client opportunities are not available to agents that reside in certain states. Always consult your Opportunity Announcement or consult your IBO for more information.

Paid training?

  • Arise does not offer paid training for clients during Certification per se. they do charge a $20 REFUNDABLE class deposit upon enrollment to a Client Certification class. The $20 will be Refunded after the Successful Completion of your First Day of Class. You must be present the entire class to be eligible to receive your refund. During Class you are Not Paid until you start taking calls in class for the client.

Who is an ideal Candidate?

Any stay at home parent, retirees, college student, anyone wanting extra income! 
However, Tech Savvy is a Plus! Be able to follow along while class is downloading, logging into client specific programs. Be able to understand tech requirements not only for Arise but also your Client! Ability to troubleshoot some tech issues without going to tech support a bonus!

How do I enroll in a client opportunity?

To enroll in a client you need to enroll in the class, pass the tech check, background and drug test if client requires, wait for class deposit has opened the week prior to class start date and then make the payment. Novel deposit has been paid you will receive emails telling you Whom your instructor is, any Self Pace Pre Work you have to finish prior to class starting and anything else important to the successful start of your client certification class!

There’s a Background Check?

Due to the nature of the business and handling calls for businesses as well as having access to Personal Information a background check is required. 

Arise mandates all Agents submit to a background check. Agents are responsible for paying the $30 background check fee on the Arise Portal. Please also keep in mind that your background check is good for 36 months or 3 years! If you fail a background check and initiate a new one you will be required to pay for a new one.
